11th Annual Electronic Waste Event

Electronic

Spring Cleaning? Don't throw away those old electronics! Please bring them to our 11th Annual Electronic Waste Event!

Come out and help us celebrate 11 years of backhaul success Friday June 3rd and Saturday June 4th! (both days open for drop off)

10am-4pm

Parking lot between Kawerak and Methodist Church on Seppala Drive

COST: FREE for residents,  $.50/lb for commercial e-waste

What Can You Drop off?: We’ll take: TV, computers, VCR, monitors, printers, laptops, stereos, cell phones, etc. Anything with a power cord!

Why should you recycle your electronics?

• Electronic waste (e-waste) is easily recycled into new products.

• E-waste is filling up our landfills faster than any other product.

• Electronic waste contains hazardous materials such as lead, arsenic, and harmful plastics that contaminate our environment.
