Alaska’s special primary election for the U.S. House of Representatives is happening now. Ballots were sent by mail. They can be returned to any of the five regional Alaska Division of Elections offices, delivered to an absentee voting location starting May 27, 2022, or by mail, postmarked by June 11. Visit the Alaska Division of Elections page for more information: elections.alaska.gov/specialelections.php. There is also an option to vote in-person starting May 27, 2022. Find your closest voting location here: elections.alaska.gov/Core/avolocationsp.php. The special general election will take place Aug. 16, 2022.
