Of the 660 people living in Point Hope city in 2020, 45 percent (297) were women and 55 percent (363) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Alaska News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 65. In the 65 and over age range, there were 23 females and 29 males.
