Fairbanks North Star Borough issued the following announcement on Feb. 29.
Miss Esther Cunningham starts a new adventure as a retiree! She completed 35 years of service and was honored by an employee sponsored and hosted farewell. Miss Esther worked for nine Mayors over her tenure as a Customer Service Representative. Farewell Miss Esther! You will be missed dearly!
