RFP NO. FY23-06 MULTI-COMMUNITY ICE ROAD PROJECT
The Northwest Arctic Borough is requesting proposals for the award of a contract or contracts for the design, construction, and maintenance of three ice roads between (1) Kotzebue and Noatak; (2) Kotzebue and Noorvik and Kiana; and (3) Kotzebue and Selawik.
